How to convert PO status saved to ordered for confirmation .

whre to check the error

Hi,

The "saved" status means the document still with errors which can be fixed to order it. As my colleague mentioned, press "check" button in order to discover the errors on the document and fix them. If the document has no erros and you press "order" button, the status will be updated to "ordered".

Hello,

You can edit this document and press "check" button. Then, error messages will be raised.

Otherwise, go to BBP_PD in SAP_GUI and check flag "check document".

Then, when opening the document log, scroll down and you will see relevant error messages.
