Writing in regards to a requirement from client that the PO smart form (PDF) from SAP should be shared to supplier portal and also through email. As per my observation in Supplier email, standard PDF copy is available, i.e., the supplier portal replica.
Request clarification before answering.

It looks like smart forms are a typical requirement on PO for customers in India.
To handle it - you need a customization in SAP.
