Hi SRMGurus,

We have upgraded from SRM 5.0 to SRM 7.03.

We have maintined the required configuarartions in Action Defination(Processing when Saving document) and Processing types for the PO(BBP_PD_PO).

Please let us know the changes in SRM 7.0 for PO output.

Is the program RSPPFPROCESS mandatory in SRM 7.0 as we have not scheduled this program in SRM 5.0?

Please suggest me.

Best Regards,

Siddappa

HI Siddappa

Please note apart from the config setting as mentioned above please schedule the job BBP_GET_STATUS_2 as well as clean_req_req_up

Also Check SAP Note:1287682.and the link below

Hi Siddappa,

If you try to process the output manually via SPPFP, Is it going through successfully?

Hello Sidappa,

It is required to schedule this process to process the PO output via the Post processing framework.

  1. Supplier Relationship Management→SRM Server→Cross-Application→Basic Settings→SetOutput Actions and Output Format→Define Actions for Purchase Order Output
  2. Processing Time = Processing when Saving Document in Action definitions :

With second setting the job need not be scheduled else you will have to scheduled.

With this i think your issue should be resolved.

Hi Veera,

We have set the processing time Processing when Saving Document but the PO output is still "Not Processed" status.

The POs are getting processed with medium XML(method call) but not with medium mail.
