PO Not getting created in backend

Hello,

SRM : EHP3  713

ECC  : EHP 7 ERP 6

Iam setting up SRM system for a Classic scenario and iam getting the following issue.

After SC approval - PR is getting created in the backend if there is no fixed vendor which is fine , but in case for SC's where Fixed vendor is there and once the SC is approved the status shows that Item transfer in Process for long time and nothing happens.

I have tried to push the SC using the FM : BBP_PD_SC_TRANSFER and iam getting a runtime error stating that ASSERTION FAILED.

Any light on this issue would be highly appreciated.

Have you checked the application monitor for the backend issues?
