PO item details are not being displayed while posting confirmation.

Hi Everyone.

We are using SRM 7.0 integrated with mutli BUs. now the issue is: when we are trying to search PO for posting confirmation via desktop confirmation, po item details ( confirmed quatity/value, ordered quantity/value) are not getting displayed. this is happening only for limit POs and for particular backend system. Please advice me to resolve the same.

Can you implement the note 1777309 and check if the issue is resolved.

Hello Veena,

     I think the note should solve the issue. I dont think it would make it work on some systems and break on the other. It should uniformly work. However if after the note the issue is not resolved you can revert the note implementation.
