PO is not getting created in S4 HANA with the award information received from Ariba sourcing

Dear Experts,

we are sending award information to S4 HANA from Ariba using CIG.

Award information is reaching to ECC but failing while creating the PO with below reasons.

1.Purchase order still contains faulty items. ( Has only one item with which already existing PO's in S4 HANA)

2. No instance of object type purchase order has been created.

Could you please give the screenshot of error. Above error messages seems very generic, could you please check if there are any other failure reasons.

Hi Sunita,

We have maintained standard pricing conditions in the parameters section of CIG. While creating PO with the award information, failing with the reason these pricing procedure is missing. Attached is the screen shot.

The error is because of pricing condition config issue, Please get that checked. Refer to the blog https://blogs.sap.com/2013/11/27/pricing-procedure-details-and-steps-in-sap-mm/ to see if you have done proper configuration.
