Hi
Shopping cart got approved and follow on document was generated but the PO was edited by third level of approver and resulted into error.
As PO cannot be edited and its in change version.
Please advise how to delete PO with out impact on business.

What is the error? Can you post screen shots of the workflow log ActiveX version, Technical WF Log, Step History of the error step (from Technical WF Log).
maybe the WF can be restarted rather than deleting the whole PO!
