Hi Guru,
We had successfully delivered our first PO from S/4HANA 2020 to Ariba CIG. But when we want to send the changed PO. It always responds failed. Message like below:
Ariba Network Response is :"Bad Request" and Error Code:"400" and Error Code Response:"Error:Duplicate message. A message with the same payloadId 000C294FBEE31EEB9DEA7B23639F62F9 was received earlier with a different timestamp. Please contact support with the Error Reference Number: ANERR--1 for more details. Suggested Action : Document Failed in Ariba Network. Error Code : CIG-PLT-00644. Please review the Support Note 189049 (https://support.ariba.com/item/view/189049) for solution
I had tried to change payloadId in IDOC segment, but system will treat it as new PO.
Any idea about this error?
Hi Kevin.
Try to modifiying the PO in your S4. Add a new line or modify some fields in your PO and save again. The message should sent fine.
