po approved but still being submitted for approval

Can you please explain how to stop the approval requests for PO? Approver keeps getting prompted to approve after he’s already approved this. Thanks!

Hi,

   Is the PO Approved Check the Status of the PO.

If its not Approved then only it will go for Multiple Approval.

check its status in the below table.

Take the GUID of PO & check with the below tables in sequence.

/SAPSRM/D_WF_004

/SAPSRM/D_WF_005-- Table will give you decision sets

/SAPSRM/D_WF_006-- Table will give decision set's Status.

Hi Mari,

   Please check under what condition the PO Approval request is being sent now. If its BSP Workflow or non-BSP Workflow.

If the condition is not satisfied then it must be going for the further Approval.

Else give the details on which you are sending the Approval Task for the PO Approval.
