Need a little help.

I am performing the configuration of Plan-Driven Procurement. EHP7 for SAP ERP 6.0 and SAP SRM 7.0 FOR EHP3. Submit purchase requisitions ECC to SRM.

I believe that all settings are correct. But to create and send the request through BBP_EXTREQ_TRANS in the SMQ1 log (in ECC) an error is generated - ANORETRY = "Cancellation due to serious problems in the application". And in the transaction in SAP SRM SLG1 the error shown is as follows:

System status is active INCM (Shopping Cart XXXXXXXX).

Could you help me? Some indication of research?

Hi,

The main reason for this can be the incorrect or not complete assigning of user to organisation.

Check  RFC user has been set up correctly in organizational sstructure and org unit has been flagged as company.

Assign the RFC user to a company and then transfer the PR to SRM and check.
