Plan driven procurement - Purchase requisition not transferred to SRM sourc

Dear Experts,

I have created a purchase requisition 10033663 in MM system Q43clnt 340. The MM system is correctly configured in the sense that the material group and purchasing group has a profile assigned which points towards an SRM system (E7U clnt 300).

Now, When I login to the SRM system and execute the tcode BBP_PD to find the shopping cart ( with PR number as external tracking number; I donot find any shopping cart).

When I check for the shopping cart in sourcing cockpit with external requisition number (PR number); no shopping cart is found.

Now, If i try to create a PO with reference to the PR in MM system; the system gives an error ' The purchase requistion is in external sourcing'.

Where can be the issue?

Hello,

Check ECC table EPRTRANS to see if PR is there.

If so, you should transfer this PR using BBP_EXTREQ_TRANSFER report via SE38.

This would transfer the PR and create the shopping cart in SRM.

Hi Richardo,

Thanks for your help. I can see my purchase requisition in the ecc table EPRTRANS and then I executed the report BBP_EXTREQ_TRANSFER. Now I can see the shopping cart in SRM sourcing.

I still bit perplexed why we need to manually execute the report when I did not tick the option 'Manual' for manual processing for the material group. Is it because the report was not scheduled?

Secondly, on what basis the purchasing group is picked up in SRM? is it based on the org assignment of RFCUSER for the ECC system?
