Pictures in Procurement / Inventory Management

1. Can a picture of an item ordered be displayed on receipt to assist the Receiver in identifying the item and likewise for the Issuer?
2. On ordering can pictures be available for people ordering from the store when raising a normal reservation?
3. What is required to implement this and does it require Ariba?

Ariba Buyer 8.2.2 or later and SAP Ariba Procurement solutions can display images for catalog items. You can add catalog images to give requisitioners a visual representation of your products. They provide customers with a rich catalog-browsing experience, similar to buying products on the Web.
