Permit surrogate bidding - mass update for suppliers

Hello gurus.

We start the RFQ functionality in SRM 7.

As there are too many suppliers which should be the bidders, we'd like to know if there is any other option to mass tick this check for selected bidders in the SRM backend as we don't want to do it manually on the portal for each supplier.

Your last comment is you resolved this with an LSMW using Transaction BBPMAININT. I have used that transaction too but it seems to rollback as when I go back to view the checkbox its inactive again.

Is creating a custom program to update the surrogate bidding indicator an option for you?

if yes try creating records in BBPM_BUT_FRG0020 and BBPM_BUT_FRG0021.
