PDO Layer error while creating free text SC

Hi SRM gurus,

Currently we are facing issue where while creating free text SC, "PDO Layer error" message pop-up appears.

I tried with following KBA's  1749594 &  2061880 but was unsuccessful. All settings are correct as per the KBA's but issue is not yet resolved. This is for free text SC only, we are able to create SC via Copying SC functionality.

Any inputs to resolve this will be of great help.

Hi,

This is a general error.
To identify the real error behind this, set external breakpoint at :

Class /SAPSRM/CL_PDO_MSG
Method /SAPSRM/IF_PDO_MSG_PROVIDER~ADD_MESSAGE_STATIC

you have to retrieve back to find out the real error to solve the case.
If you have difficulty in this, raise incident to SAP.
