Payment terms tanslation file upload : no class ID

Hi Experts

We are implementing CLM 10 SP08. We are integrated with one ERP system.

I am trying to translate Payment Terms with a multistring file.

Payment terms class is 8003.

When uploading the file only the first item works. All following items get the error : "no class id found for: 8003"

It works fine for Product category (class 603).

What is wrong? Or what is the alternative to get Terms of Payment translated with File?

Can you share the upload file and the stack trace from the logs?

Hi,

Looks like the processor can't take the class ID directly in the PARENT_CLASS field. (even if documentation says it can)

Use the class name from the ref guide instead of the ID.

PS: You can raise an OSS message with details and specify the bug is causing only 1st record to import, when providing the class ID. Maybe or can help.
