Outline Agreement Updation Error

Hi Experts,

We have scenario where the line item of the OA is deleted in the R/3 and this line item should not be visible in Portal Screen. As of now even when we delete the line item of o OA that line item is also displayed on the screen. We need to restrict line items of OA where were deleted.

When we delete the line item of OA it updated in the table EKPO deletion indicator but the same status is not updted in table BBP_PDHGP.

Any inputs will be helpful

Hi Muth,

Actually what is happening is we have SUS system and R/3 System and we have custom Portal Developed(WEB DYNPRO)

This is the requirement, The thing is we have scenario where if CPO deletes the line item of the OA(Contract) from the backend then that Line item should not be visible in Portal( Which we have custom Web Dynpro Development)

But what is happening now is it is displaying the line item of the Contract which is deleted in the R/3.

I have checked the tables in SRM BBP_PDIGP-DEL_IND this field is not getting updated for any of the contracts if the line item is deleted

i have not fully understood.

You are stating that your central procurement officer delete the line item ( set deletion flag at line item) in ECC and this is not reflect in your custom development portal.

Hi

Outline agreement line item can not be deleted once distributed to backend system.

Moreover no business will allow any BUYER to set delete in ECC contract which is distributed to back end system.

you can lock from SRM at item level ( SET TO INACTIVE)

or you can lock at header level

or you can complete ( once all - once you complete all the items , it can not be revereded) completion item also set to block in the ecc system.

so please explain the process in detail...what is happening there ..by step by step.
