Hello,
We did a client copy from production to anew system. Only config copy is done and no data is copied. The org structure is also copied with all O,S,CP and US objects.
We want to delete the complete org structure and create from scratch. I tried report RHRHDL00 for some Orgunit under the root node. It deleted all objects but the O object is still visible in PPOSA_BBP and is left blank without any data.
Looks like this:
Blank squares in left side which can not be selected or deleted.
Has any one faced a similar issue earlier? How to delete org structure without leaving these blank O units?
Additional info:
When an O unit under some other O is deleted it again leaves a blank unit as shown. When I try to delete this it throws error
Message No. 5W170
Thanks,
Anubhav
Hi,
First you have to check if the organizational unit is still related to any objects that you ahve moved, e.g. positions etc, ie., old relationships. If not, then using the report below, you may delete the object from the org structure:
Report RHRHDL00 can only delete org-management objects.
Afterwards, you can delete all remaining references with report RHCHECKRELATIONS.

Ivy

Hello,
you have to unassign (right click: "Delete > Assignment") your object before delete it with report RHRHDL00.
Morever, no object have to be assigned to Organizational Unit you want to delete.

Laurent.
