Error in Ariba Network - CIG

For Order Confirmation document created by supplier, fails in CIG with error message: org.apache.cxf.transport.http.HTTPException: HTTP response '403: Forbidden' when communicating with http://devcig.abc.df:8080/sap/bc/srt/IDoc?sap-client=300

This is for Commerce Automation solution, please help me fix this problem.

Hi Manisha,

Please follow below steps :

1.Go to SRTIDOC tcode on your SAP system

2.Cancel registration of the service and save

3.Register Service again and save

34.Once done reprocess the transaction from CIG.

Your suggestion helped me fix the problem.

I had to enable the IDOC service in SICF, followed by IDOC service registration in SRTIDOC.
