Order confirmation failed in CIG "Retry"

Hi Team

In AN buyer Order confirmation is Acknowledged ,but in CIG we are getting below error:

org.apache.cxf.transport.http.HTTPException: HTTP response '503: Service Unavailable' when communicating with http://vhtbrds4ap01.sap.tabreed.co.ae:44300/sap/bc/srt/IDoc?sap-client=320

We have maintained data center and technical user ID correctly still we are facing this error.

Could any one suggest how to proceed on this .

Thanks it worked , we also referred SAP Note :2548392.

Hi Shivakumar,

The issue typically occurs either due to incorrect Cloud Connector configuration or if the secure tunnel is not established between CIG Sub account and Cloud Connector.

The secure tunnel between CIG and your SAP cloud connector can break due to multiple reasons like a CIG/CPI restart, CIG outage, Cloud Connector down, network problem, etc. In such a case, the secure tunnel should establish automatically once the application is up, which is expected behavior, but if you are on an older version of cloud connector, you could face problems. The latest version of cloud connector has some fixes related to this. Once the cloud connector is updated, please verify if all the required configurations are in place.

Few things for you to look into

  • Please refer to Cloud Connector Configuration for SAP Ariba CIG and review your Cloud Connector configuration.
  • Please validate if all the required Subaccounts are configured in your Cloud Connector.
  • If you see intermittent failures in these Subaccounts, please restart the Cloud Connector
  • Always good to be on the latest version of the SAP Cloud Connector.
