Does this solution provide buyer’s with ability to handle order confirmation deviation ?

For the buyer to be able to handle order confirmation deviation , They need to be able to access the supply chain monitor screens which is only available with supply chain collaboration . With DSN , a buyer does not have access to supply chain collaboration . That's a separate subscription.

When the buyer uses only SAP Business Network Commerce Automation, they cannot handle order confirmation deviation. Is this understanding correct? (Since they do not subscribe SAP Business Network for Supply Chain)

I would appreciate if you could answer this.
