SRM 5.5 on Windows -
We login to SRM via Portal with SSO. If there is an attachment to a shopping cart and we try to open the attachment, it asks for a login/pw --- any ideas how tofix this?
Not sure it is relevant, but we just did update to MS Office 2007 - unfortunately the team doesn't recall if this was an issue before we updated or if it is just now coming up.

Hi Shirlee,
You could download the lastest version of file cFilesApp.jar, which is attached in note 1034072 and check how the system behaves. Also, you could follow the steps as per note 1060922 in order to publish it.
The behavior described by you can have several reasons. Check the settings according notes 668062 and 809331.
Kind regards,
Ricardo

Hi Ricardo,
Thanks for your reply. What we discovered is that because our backend is 4.6c there are issues with the java applet. What we ended up doing is changing in SPRO the documents attachment and put it back to native. We also had the option of changing a ume.logon in the portal to false and not only allow http cookies only. There were a couple of different notes but we decided to make the change in SPRO because it didnt require a bounce and the change at the portal level did.
Again, thanks for responding - I appreciate your time and efforts.
