one step approval in SC SRM7

Hello,

I work with SRM7 and I try to defie on step approval in SC process.

I customized one step approval for SC in transaction SCPR20.

After I create the SC, I see in the 'Approval Process Overview' tab the next message:

'Strategy RR_MANAGER did not determine any approver'

Please advice.

Thank you very much for your answer.

Now I see the manager in the 'Approval Process Overview' but the manager didn't see anything in the 'Work Overview'.

Hi,

Please logon SRM via SAPGUI and check the inbox?

If there is workitem, issue is in Portal UWL configuration.

If there is no workitem, probably you have not configured the workflow basic configuration. The task is not General task.
