Request clarification before answering.
Hi,
Did you do any system refresh in your development system by copying the data from Production ?
Thanks

Hi Jai,
Since refresh has done in your development system, the link (URL) is pointing to the Production system. Hence, kindy change the url and keep the development system's URL so that it will redirect to development system.
This URL is available in anyone of the table/Z table. To identify a Table name please ask your abapers to find out from the logic relevant to this task ID or rejection email content.
I hope the above information is sufficient for you and helpful to you.
Thanks
Rajesh K
