Hi SAP Gurus,
My client is implementing SAP SRM 7.0 (Classic Scenario) with ECC 6.0 as backend. Appreciate if I can get some help on the below requirement:
1. When invoice is entered in ECC, system will check whether the GRN has been done for this invoice by the requester of the shopping cart. If not, the system will send a notification mail to the requester of the cart to do the GRN. I understand that this can be done by workflow configuration in ECC.
2. Client wants the requester to do the confirmation in either of the two ways:
i. A link of the srm portal should be sent in the email notification, so that user can log into the system by clicking on the provided link and create the confirmation. If the user has already logged in, then the link will take directly to shopping cart without asking for the user name and password (SSO).
ii. Offline confirmation: This is most important one. A button or another link should be provided in the notification mail, so that requester can click on the button / link to create the confirmation directly without logging into SRM and this in turn will post the confirmation in SRM. If not possible to post in SRM, then if it can be posted in ECC, then it is also fine.
Please let me know if anybody has implemented this kind of scenario.

Hi,
How are you going to handle the "Quantity", "Reference Number" and "Delivery date" ?
Are you planning to use any mobile device? or just normal office email?
One of my client has implemented Notification program which checks delivery date in PO and send notification if the Confirmation is not created after 2 days. User has to manually type in the "Quantity", "Reference Number" and "Delivery date". They said it is too late sending notification at Invoicing phase.
