offline bidding - sending the form and create quotation

Hi,

I need some help, some clarification, about the offline bidding:

I managed to send the interactive adobe form to the vendors, but I can not understand how this form must be sent and where it should be sent, and how the system create the quotation.

Hi Marcin,

Thanks for the the reply.

I still don't understand how the system create the Rfx response.

The adobe interactive was sent by the vendor to the offline user. I can that the offline user get an email. but nothing happened.
