Hello SRM Experts,
I have being configuring Offline approval for shopping cart approval and purc has order below are the configuration steps followed
1. In PPOMA_BBP for the each and every user marked Forward work item as X'
2. Sceduled the report /SAPSRM/OFFLINEAPPROVALSEND with Approval buttons in HTML
3. I have checked the email ids for Return receipient it is same as WF-BATCH user.
**SRM EHP1, Application controlled workflow
After creating shopping cart send a Email to approver correctly to the SOST and from there to OUTLOOK of approver
Approve and Reject buttons are visible.as below from the view browser
If try to approve from the browser getting below message
if i say OK SC is not approved in the SRM system and if open the SC by click on Log ON hyper link still not approved.
Kindly suggest is there any setting missing here..

Dear Vinod,
if you are using the standard scenario, remember to schedule the report to read the replies. It is /SAPSRM/OFFLINEAPPROVALGET.
After process the answer, the SC will be displayed as approved.

I think you are missing the configuration for Inbound processing.
