offline approval & Outlook opening reply twice

hi there,

we're on SRM SAPK-70209 INSRMSRV SRM_SERVER, we use offline approval.  One of our approvers clicks on the approve (or reject) link in the email notification, which creates the response email to send back to SRM, which she then sends, this is fine.

But then, intermittently, another response email opens a while after without her having clicked anything again.

We've had no other reports, and her computing officer has checked her PC, updated her version of Outlook to 2010 (Windows 7 sp1), but it's still happening.  Has anybody else seen this?  Is it a bug with the interaction with Outlook?

Any suggestions gratefully received...

Hello Vikki,

did you try with this user on another desktop?

If problem occurs only on her own desktop, problem does not come from SRM but from Outlook settings.
