Offline approval, only for SC?

Hello,

We want to use the offline approval process for bid publication, but in the sap documentation I only have seen this process for SC,  the question is simple,  can we use the offline approval for bid publish workflow(process controlled)?.

Hello Mathü,

one think is sure, BO type BUS2200 and BUS2202 cannot have HTML mail...

Inside FORM change_to_html_mail from /SAPSRM/OFFLINEAPPROVALSEND report, those BO type are not managed.

But it is very easy for you to test: run /SAPSRM/OFFLINEAPPROVALSEND report for concerned WI and see what's happened.
