Dear Expert,
We are facing an issue during the offline approval of SHCs.
The user is trying to approve/reject the SHCs from his mailbox/personal device,but the acknowledgment is not getting propagated to SAP SRM system (SOIN Tcode)
The error we are getting is as below:

Could anyone please help me resolving the issue?
