Offline approval functionality in Shopping Cart

Hi

We are upgrading from SRM 5.0 to SRM 7.01.

In SRM 5.0 - outbound program used is - ZSRMR_RSWUWFMLEC

Inbound Program - ZRBBP_OFFLINE_EVAL

In SRM 7.01 ( SP - 7)  i am getting outbound mail notification as well as on click of action "approve" inbound to SAP is happening but work item id ( for the next approver ) is not moving.

Can somebody give some pointers on this issues . Because workflow is working fine.

Hi Ashish,

The report for inbound which you refer is custom program correct. With New version of SRM 7.0 there is report /SAPSRM/OFFLINEAPPROVALGET which can be schedule and that continue the workflow.

Hi Ashish,

Please check with BAsis and check if any message is coming in SAP at all or not  , Please check SCOT t.code and revert if every thing is fine
