Hi Experts,

We are on SRM 701

Classic Scenario.

when i login with /SAPSRM/MANAGER role in nwbc and click on confirmation details i have this error

Object or set with GUID 00000000000000000000000000000000 does not exist

can anyone let me know whether we can solve this error

Hello,

The user must be assigned to a position in the SRM Org Structure. If you are not using HCM interface, you can assigned the user in the org structure using transaction USERS_GEN. You must also check the inconsistency of the user using transaction BBP_BP_OM_INTEGRATE.

Hi Elham,

Check if user is properly integrated in org structure of srm. Do consistency check if user is existing.

Also check the user attributes.
