Object ID while replicating the vendor data from R3 to SRM,

Hi Experts

I used T code BBPGETVD for replicating the vendor data from R3 to SRM, while replicating system ask for "OBJECT ID" which is 8 digit code, where do i get this code.

After creating vendor root use the transaction BBPGETVD to replicate R3 vendor to SRM where you have to mention vendor,Purchase organisation and Object ID.

first you have to create a vendor organisation structure PPOCV_BBP and system generate object id .you need to put this object iD there .

Create an organizational root node for your vendors in transaction PPOCV_BBP.

Hi,

I have created vendor in in PPOCV_BBP & i can see the Object ID, but how this vendor & R3 vendor linked.

Same time if I use the this object ID the Erropr is " User E00560 is blocking organizational unit 50000817"

you can see the link in VENMAP table in SRM . here you can see from which logical system it has come

Hello Rakesh,

As muthu has already mentioned you need to create an organizational structure for vendors like you did in ppocv_bbp.

But he did not ask you to create a vendor in PPOCV_BBP.

After the organizatrional structure has been created in PPOCV_BBP , you need to use the same in BBPGETVD for replication purpose (8 digit orgid it is asking for).
