NWBC Self Service Password Reset

Hi,

Anyone know what's required to setup the self service password reset for SRM using NWBC for HTML?

We used transaction bbpat04 in SRM5. Anything I can find online has to do with the portal.

Hi Tony,

you need to have the admin role.

Then navigate to administration, find your partner in POWL for "Employee" and open your partner.

I'm fine with the user admin of the password - I'm talking about the self service option where a user can reset it before logging in. We had this functionality in SRM 5

Hi Tony,

in SRM 5.0 it was a custom development.

You may need to activate BBPAT04 and perform NWBC login customization (not sure if it works, but you can try it).

Goto SICF and navigate to /default_host/sap/bc/nwbc

Double click on service.

Then.

Looks like those two transactions are obselete since SRM 6.0.

Yeah, but I could not find any info regarding new applications for that in NWBC (in Portal it should work via Portal functionality).

If you decide to raise an OSS Message for that, please share with SAP answer for the issue.
