Hi,
After approval of shopping cart by approver, Some shopping carts are in status "Error in transmission" or
"error in process" due to some reason, we can see them in application monitor.
Requirement is that is there any possibility to get notification or email alert to SC creator or administrator so that he/she can take necessary action.

Request clarification before answering.
It is possible to send the CCMS alerts (visible in RZ20) to any email.

(specifically section 3. SETTING UP REACTION METHODS FOR ALERTS)
Once you have performed the steps in "c) Step by Step Implementation Guide" of the note,
use the method you just created and assign it in RZ20 to the "Backend application errors" node of Shopping Basket.
I think your Basis person would be able to handle this.

This is not a Workflow matter. Workflow alerts and notifications on this case are not possible.
The errors received in the application monitor usually are seen only to the administrator. Or who have admin roles.
Actually the message you say in the application monitor and RZ20 are alerts for the administrator.
The note 1499352 can help you with the error in transfer alert reports.

In our system we have already scheduled job BBP_PD_SC_AUTORETRANSFER and its working fine.
Our concern is related to notification of shopping carts those are in error.
Is there any option for notification or alert(Email) for shopping carts in error to Administrator, so that administrator can take action on them.

Workflow is not in error, after approval of shopping cart by final approver we are getting this error.
Eg If source of supply as contract validity period over, No direct posting to G/L allowed ect...
Shopping cart creator not able to check reason as they are not having authorization of administrator.
