Not authorized to use a product category

Hi,

We have to users that are maintained the same in ppoma_bbp. One of them can use a specific product category but the other cannot. He has that category maintained in ppoma. This only happens to this product category, other categories works fine.

What could this be?

I have run a authorization trace without any results so it should not be the role.

check user osition level whether it has been excluded in the extended attribute - product category
