Not able to see vendor in search help SRM5

Dear All

Please could you advise on the issue

I have replicated the vendor from ECC to SRM and it shows well in all tables in SRM , Venmap , but000 , BBPM_BUT_FRG0061

However , I am not able to see the vendor in the Portal when I am using search help .

Says " No value exists "  even when I am trying to search for the  particular vendor nothing shows

Please advise on what could be the issue and how I could debug the system to check further ?

Note : This is in SRM 5

Please also check the screenshots of the error as shown below and also note the breakpoint does not trigger when I put it at FM BBP_F4IF_SHLP_EXIT_VENDOR_EXP

for search help BBP_BUPA_VENDOR

I checked further the Search help being triggered is BBP_BUPA_AVL  and not the BBP_BUPA_VENDOR which I think it should call ..

  Can you please have a look

Hello Vinita,

BBP_BUPA_AVL  and BBP_BUPA_VENDOR are elementary search-helps making part of collective search-help BBP_BUPA_SOURCE_OF_SUPPLY.

Search-help name is set in include LBBP_SC_UI_ITSF68: check which collective search-help is used and put a break-point inside its exit.
