not able to find the template

Hello,

I have created one contract document template. But while creating the contract document i am not able to find the document template which i have created.

I am using this path to create contract,

contract management - agreements - create contract document

when i click on contract document template lookup

getting message " currently no item in this list"

Where as I can see the template in contract document template list in cluse library.

Your quick help is appriciated

Hi,

Please attach master agreement template to your contract template. Then only you can create contract document using contract template.

Hi Naveena,

What I understand is, you have created a Contract Template.

And Now you want to create a Contract based on this template. Right ??

If yes then please check if your Contract Template is in approved state. Then only it will be visible for creating a Contract.

Template and all the clauses are in approved state. Still I am not able to find the template to create contract.

Hi Naveena,

Try this,

from Toolbar navigate to

Contract Management -> Agreement -> Create Master Agreement

Fill in the required mandatory data and click save.

Once you click save you will get Action Button in toolbar.

Click Action-> Create Contract

In this when you click the search help button you will get your Contract Template.
