No values found in Goods recipient search help in Shopping cart creation

Hi,

We are using SRM Server 550 SP23.

When creating SC we are unable to find the values in Goods recipient search help .

Maintained the Org unit in PPOMA_BBP in REQUISITIONER field . This is only happening for newly created company code .
