No "Activities tab" under Supplier enablement-> configure from Buyer screen

Hi,

I wish to manage activities and task for supplier. I am using administrator login but am unable to find the option for Activities tab (as shown in the screenshot). Appreciate if anyone can share how to enable the activities tab ?

Hi

You need to perform supplier enablement in the AN Production account. That is where you set up the activities and the automated letters (TRR, Interactive PO,...). You also load suppliers aimed for Enterprise Account enablement in the Production account by using the Vendor Upload File or the Serch fo suppliers function. Suppliers then create Test accounts and are automatically visible in your AN Buyer Test account.

Thank You for your reply. Guess I won't be able to test this functionality for now in Buyer Test account. Will set it when I have access to production account.
