no_property_file 'at' sap.com in company e-mail response

There are Source E-mail and Administrative Alert E-mail fields on a company record. These values apparently default to no_property_file 'at' sap.com. When an e-mail is sent from this company the no_property_file 'at' sap.com shows up in the 'Please respond to' field on the e-mail. (The 'at' in this post represents @).

We change this to the value we want (company.esourcing 'at' company.com) on the company record. However, every night at 6:00 PM the system daemon runs and changes this value back to no_property_file 'at' sap.com.

Does anyone know what is going on here? What do we need to do to stop these fields from getting overwritten every night?
