Hi Experts,
We have offline approval program /SAPSRM/OFFLINEAPPROVALSEND schedule to send the notification for pending work items.
But the mail is not being generated for one of the user.
We have checked the mail ID in SU01, BP, outlook and there is no difference. Attribute FORWARD_WI is 'X'.
The mail has been sent to previous approver and next approver for the same shopping cart in the hierarchy as it is multi-level approval cart.
Please suggest possible reason for this issue and how we can trouble shoot?
I have gone through below scn threads but did not find reason.

One question : Is this the case where multiple approvers were identified and mail was sent to one of them ?
I would suggest you can check the workitem status as the report /SAPSRM/OFFLINEAPPROVALSEND consider Workitem which are in "READY" status.
You can use SWI1 Txn for this purpose.
Kindly revert back in case if this is not the case.

Thanks for the reply.
Not the multiple approver at one level.
Approver 'A' at level1, B at level2, C at level3 and D at level4.
Approver A, B and D received mail whenever the work item is pending with their approval but C is not received the mail even though work item is pending for approval with status 'Ready'.
