Successfully mapped mandatory fields displayed in Web UI and with all necessary parameters including HOOK_URL defined in web service. but while transferring items back to shopping cart, no items transferred. no error logs. its not even showing incomplete error. please advice.

Hi,
Please note - you do NOT define a HOOK_URL, it is generted at runtime by the application based on the URL and other parameters in the call structure. If you have defined a static HOOK, remove this and retest.

What is your SRM version? Is it from SAP catalog or supplier catalog ?
