Hi,
I can’t assign custom mail templates on the system under Mail Configuration : System Default Mail Configuration, it has come to my attention that the edit option has been removed from the system and this stops me from assigning a custom mail template to a mail type.
Further more I can't even make changes on the internal and external actions on which mails must be sent and which ones must not be sent.
See attached image for more details:
Please advise.
Kind regards,
Sabelo.
Hi Sabelo,
It's not possible to edit the system.default.mailconfig
You should do Document->Duplicate and create a custom mail config.

Hi Sabelo,
You don't have to do anything, system will automatically fetch from the list the correct Mail Configuration, based on the Company field.
More specifically, when you duplicate a Mail Config, system will automatically populate the Company field, and then will use this config for every email related to that specific company (or any other sub-company defined in MasterData).

Hi Sabelo,
Duplicate your default system config and customize the duplicated one according to your need. Standard ones do not have option of editing just like queries.
