No data in confirmed quantity and invoiced quantity (PO)

Hi,

I have a problem, confirmed and invoice quantity in a PO is zero, although there are confirmations and invoices related to this PO. I have checked and in the shopping cart related with the PO the data is updated, but not in the PO.

Anyone knows how to update the data in the PO?

Hi Cristina,

Basically report clean_reqreq_up is used to update the actual values of SRM PO.

In addition, please also follow suggestions provided in KBA 1934728.

Hi,

I have tried what says but it doesn't work. The shopping cart continues correctly updated  but the PO position continues empty, althought it has confirmation and invoice.

Any idea? In the PO there are more positions, first of them is updated, but the second (in the image) not.

Hi

1,Please check in SMQ1 in ECC system, if there is any stuck entry in the outbound queue.

If so, delete the error entry and reprocess.

2, Then schedule the clean_reqreq_up in SRM . The po statistic value will be updated.
