No Alerts in Application Monitor (RZ20) for shopping carts

We are in SRM 7.02 extended classical scenario.

I could not find any alerts for SC failures in RZ20. Does it work for extended classical scenario ?

Hello Prabhu,

of course it works fine in Extented Classic Scenario, as in Classic Scenario or in Lean Scenario.

But maybe, there is no error in your purchasing document or you look for not at the right place.

I advise you to check with your Basis Team.
