Hello all,
we have activated the parameter CC:DO (carbon copy direct order) in Ariba.
We send a Purchase Order from Ariba to S/4 Hana system, but no information is visible in the Transaction Tracker (CIG).
Can it be related to the Ariba Network settings for the BuyerAccount?
Does anyone have a hint?

What's the status of the requistion in Ariba, is it 'Ordered' or 'Ordering'?
Did you look into the history tab, is there any message?
