Hello Everyone,
We are using SRM 5.0 ECS.
We have replicated the materials from SRM. But sometimes the newly created material are not replicated from R3.
We have set the filters on SRM side and filters are working fine. I made a changes to the existing materials and changes are reflecting based on filter settings. But the materials which are newly created are not comming to SRM system.
So do we have to start the initial load for those materials? Or delta download will take care of this thing?
Is there a seprate job for delta download? We started the initial load and DB crashed.
So please help me to find the solution.
Regards,
Khushbu.

Delta download has to take into account new material creation: you should not have to launch R3AS transaction.
Check OSS note 720819 - Middleware consumer entry for SRM in OLTP system for correct customizing.
You could also check in SRM ( R3AC4 transaction) if for object class MATERIAL, BTE '00001250', '00001270' and '00004051' are displayed (and BTE '00001212' for object class SERVICE_MASTER ).
Function modules corresponding to those BTE are equal to those stored in TBE31 R/3 table.

Hi Laurent,
Thanks for the reply.
I do not have authorization for R3AC4 transaction. I will look at the OSS Note mentioned by you.
When we do the initial load at that time system will consider the SRM filter settings or it will try to download everything from R3?
Because when we started the initial load we set the filters for only one material number. But still all the materials from R3 stuck into the SMQ1 queue.
Thanks,
Khushbu.

Filters are used for initial, delta and synchronization downloads.

Check your filter settings in R3AC1 transaction are equivalent to R/3 filter contions for download (see CRMFILTAB R/3 table).

Hi Laurent,
This was a really very helpful answer because we did not maintain the entries in CRMFILTAB R/3 table.
So now we have maintained it and the table has the same entries that we have maintained at
R3AC1 transaction.
But the entries at the SMQ1 transaction are still increasing. Is this because we have already kicked of the initial load and then we set the correct entries in table CRMFILTAB? Or any other reason.
Thanks very much for the help.
Khushbu.

Dear
If your filter settings are fine, I think transaction R3AS will do.
Thanks & Regards
