new purchase group not converting to PO

Hi ,

we have srm 3.0 system with ebp 4.0 with a SAP r/3 4.7 in classic model.

we created the new purchasing group in both R/3 and SRM.

We can create shopping carts and select the new purchasing groups based on product categories.

when we try to convert these shopping carts to PO , they cant be converted to PO.

Is there something else that i need to to activate procurement from these new purchasing group.

We need to assign corresponding prod. category in org. structure (extended attribute) as well in SPRO node: SPRO->SRM server->Tech. basic setting->Define backend system for prod. category.
