New Org Object under root node error

Hi Experts

I am trying to create a new Org object under the root node but when i test shop it is telling me that the cost object does not exist in the org structure

If i build an identical org object under an exisiting node assigned to the root node eveything works fine

Is there an assignment i have missed?

I believe, you need to maintain Attributes (KNT and CNT) at Root level of Org unit ...for this errror. If there are other error, you need to maintain for it too...
