Need to Find method GETAGENTSNAMES to resolve an error.

I received the following in SWI2_DIAG: "Work item 000006969273: Object 1002127127 method GETAGENTSNAMES cannot be executed". 

I am not familiar enough w/ the classes and methods to locate this method to try and debugg it.  I checked w/ co-workers and the consensus was I needed to know the class the method is in.

I am running on SRM 5.00

Hello,

In SWI2_DIAG click on the line with the error and then on the log button at the top of the screen to get to the workflow log. (Or fill 6969273 into the first field in transaction SWI1)

Look at the chronological log and you should be able to see which step (usually the latest) had the problem. Click on the task number (TS....) to see how it is defined. That will tell you which method this is of which class (or BOR object).
